Refund Transfer Disclosure
If you choose Refund Transfer (pay‑from‑refund):
• Bank processing fees apply
• Fees are deducted from your refund
• Refund Transfer is provided through an IRS‑approved banking partner
• SwiftTax does not control bank processing times
Refund Transfer is optional and not required to use our services.
Virtual Service Model
SwiftTax operates through a secure virtual workflow. All appointments are conducted online or by phone. Our business address is for official correspondence only and is not a walk‑in location.
Data Security & Confidentiality

• We do not represent clients before the IRS unless a separate agreement is signed
• Additional fees may apply for amended returns or extended support services
